Please create a login account with Heritage Property Management Services at www.heritageproperty.com. Members have the option to remit payment discussed below. Electronic methods do not require a physical coupon but do require a unique resident code for electronic payments.

Please note payments are posted to your ledger the date it is received at the lockbox or our office.

PAYMENT BY CHECK

Checks may be mailed to our Alliance Association Bank lockbox at the address below. Payments are posted when received. Please include your remittance coupon/statement with your payment in the provided window envelope to ensure your payment is correctly addressed and processed.

This method requires a coupon. If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate coupon and check for each property.

PAYMENT USING YOUR ONLINE BILL PAY

If you are setting up an online bill pay payment profile at your bank to make a one-time payment or recurring payments, you will need to use the following instructions below. Depending upon your bank, the payment will be sent electronically or by paper check. Please set up your payment schedule to pay a minimum of 10 days before the due date. Payments are posted the day they are received.

Your Vantaca account number is made up of 10 digits. The first 4 digits are your Association ID followed by 6 digits. The Association ID is duplicated. The 10 digit Vantaca account number is noted on your coupon/statement. You can also find your account number on the Vantaca portal.

PAYMENT VIA E-CHECK or CREDIT CARD THROUGH YOUR VANTACA PORTAL

Payments can be made directly through the portal by logging into your account and selecting Make a Payment. There will be a processing fee for all payment methods. To get to the portal go to www.heritageproperty.com. On the top right corner of the screen, click “Log In.”

PAYMENT USING OUR DROPBOX

Homeowners can drop their payments off (check or money order, no cash) in the drop box at our office front door. We have the capability to directly scan the payments to the bank. Please make sure payments are payable to your community and attach your coupon with your payment. If you do not have the coupon, please make sure your property address or account number is on your payment.
