chevron_rightIs there a management company? If so, what is their function? Yes, partial services are provided by Heritage Property Management Services to manage the community financials and be the liaison between the board and the residents regarding various questions.

According to Article 10, Section 11.4 of the ByLaws stated below;
"No officer or director shall receive any salary or compensation for services rendered to the Association, except as shall be fixed by resolution of the Board of Directors from time to time." -
chevron_rightHow often is there a HOA meeting? According to our bylaws, we must have at least 1 HOA/Annual Election meeting a year. We try to have quarterly meetings.

6. Pay your dues and violation fines to rent the clubhouse and use the pools.
7. If you rent your property, check your account frequently to make sure your tenant did not cause violation fines. -
